COMPETITION
2nd SOPRANE 2019
Requirement(s):
1. The
abstract has been registered to the committee in format of PDF and send to soprane.solo@gmail.com
before Juny 1st,2019.
2. Participants
are allowed to use free topics for poster, both in research and case
presentation.
3. The
poster consist of maximum character of 300 word ( excluding conjunctions and
prepositions, titlts, and author).
4. Participans
are highly recommended using English.
5. Poster
is set starting at 16.00 on July 5th, 2019, before 06.00 a.m on July
6th, 2019.
The Setting:
1. The
title written with CAPITAL LETTERS.
2. The
author name his maximum of six people, without degree.
3. The
institution of the author, if there more than one institution, it is marked
then described below.
4. For
research absracts, the following sub-topics should be included: Introduction,
Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
5. For
case report abstracts, the following sub topics should be included:
Introductions, Case, Report, Discussion, Conclusion.
Poster Rating and Scoring
1. Poster
presentation scoring on Saturday, July 6th, 2019.
2. Poster
winner announcement on Saturday, July 6th, 2019 at the end of the
symposium.
3. The
poster should meet the terms and conditions.
4. The
writer who present (best of 10) must stand by the poster and ready to answer
questions from the assessor as well as the visitor, within the time specified
by the committee.
Unaccompained poster during the
judging will be dropped out of the judging.
5. Judging
Criteria :
Poster
a. Content:
originallity, distinction, value of clinical application.
b. Clear
and credible methods.
c. An
objective nad relevant discussion.
d. A
clear conclusion.
e. Language
and understandable by the readers.
f. Visual
appearance of the poster: layout, color composition, readable writings.
Presentation:
a. Professional
attitude of participant (available and ready to explain, adequate politeness)
b. Discussion
ability (mastering the material, answering the question correctly, using good
and understanable language)
c. Physical
appearance (well dressed and polite posture)
